Although the public stats don`t say it, I`ve been at 10 million views on YouTube for a couple weeks now. Then today I found out I started Geekazine`s YouTube channel on this day (I believe) 13 years ago.
I had a YouTube channel, but not a Geekazine branded one. That is, until one day when a friend said "Why don`t you have a branded YouTube channel?"
I know, exciting story, right?
Geekazine has been around since Oct 10th 2007. The YouTube channel has been here since May 11, 2013.

It’s been a day. Driving down the street and I see an older woman with a cane trying to cross the street in the middle. I turned around and asked if she was ok.
She couldn’t hear me because her hearing aid died. I looked at her feet and saw slippers on. She couldn’t tell me where she lived, and had no id.
So I called 911.
Blocked a lane of traffic for a good 10 minutes until MPD showed up. I left as they got her situated.
This is the second time today I came to the aid of someone. But I saw how confused she looked, and it made me think of my mom. She walked to Walgreens and got hit by a car back in 2019.
I hope she’s home safe.
Now it’s off to get food.
